A leader and experienced manager in the maritime sector with a particular focus on offshore logistics and oil and energy, with many years of experience in complex offshore projects. A graduate of the Gdynia Maritime Academy, effectively combining operational knowledge with strategic thinking, specialising in business development, commercial negotiations and diversification of services in the conventional and renewable energy sector.
Experienced in marine operations and fleet management of offshore vessels, including AHTS vessels, PSVs, OSVs, salvage vessels and tankers. As an operator and provider of comprehensive logistics services for drilling and production platforms, he carries out projects including geotechnical and geophysical surveys, ROV inspections, ship-to-ship operations, advanced offshore vessel charters and vessel sales and purchase processes.
A high-level specialist in the complex management of a shipping company, including the supervision of the fleet, ship crews in accordance with the ISM Code and office teams. Responsible for market and strategic analysis, optimisation of operating costs, acquisition of new revenue streams and successful negotiation of commercial contracts.
